- We have high standards when it comes to the quality of our products. If for any reason you would like to exchange or refund your order, you can do so as follows:
- Ready-made products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are unused, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by the original invoice and price tag.
- Made-to-measure products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are produced specifically based on the customer’s request.
- Made-to-measure orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the request.
- Please check your size carefully using our size guide or full product description before placing an order.
- If you are ordering from outside Kuwait:
- Returns must be sent with a customs declaration.
- We are not responsible for any shipping or customs charges incurred during the return process.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 7 business days to process your refund.
- Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
